East India Dock, now known as Republic, represents a significant 720,000 sq ft mixed-used redevelopment scheme close to Canary Wharf.
Comprising a substantial office campus originally constructed in the 1990s, together with ancillary retail uses, LaSalle are underway with a phased redevelopment project that will see the creation of cutting edge office accommodation and a number of alternative complementary uses.
Montagu Evans’s Rating team have been providing LaSalle with a comprehensive rating solution from acquisition with a view to limiting their exposure to liability during the pre-commencement period, construction programme and following practical completion.
Savings to date total in excess of £6m. Montagu Evans are retained by LaSalle to provide Rating consultancy advice across their funds on a national basis.
