Alongside the new cohort, Anna Mido has completed the first three years of her five-year apprenticeship and is now progressing onto the firm’s graduate rotation scheme. Imogen, Toby, Horatio and Tobias also began their Montagu Evans careers as interns before securing graduate positions, highlighting the firm’s commitment to developing talent from within.

Recruits will gain experience across key areas of the business, with planning, advisory and agency roles all represented and a particular focus on the firm’s conviction areas: Residential, Public Sector, Industrial & Logistics, and Central London.

Through structured rotations, mentoring and professional development support, they will build the skills, knowledge and experience needed for long-term careers in the property industry.

Alan Harris, Managing Partner of Montagu Evans, said:

“The future success of Montagu Evans will be shaped by the people we attract, develop and retain. As we continue to grow, I am delighted to welcome this year’s graduate cohort to the firm. They arrive with fresh perspectives, ambition and a willingness to challenge convention, all of which are essential to our continued evolution. We look forward to investing in their development and seeing the contribution they make to our clients, our culture and the future of Montagu Evans.”
