Alan Harris, Partner at Montagu Evans, said: “With public sector organisations searching for more strategic real estate expertise as they rethink and reshape, we are in a strong position to bring our collaborative approach to broader organisational, social and economic issues as well as specific service line mandates. Creating deeper, more insightful partnerships is central to our growing strategic advisory service and Laura boosts our capability further, complementing the team’s existing reach and experience with a focus on collaboration that fits our ethos perfectly. We’re looking forward to seeing the impact she will make.”
Laura Stamboulieh, Partner at Montagu Evans, said: “This is a crucial time for public sector organisations. Longstanding pressures have been brought into sharper focus by Covid-19, but alongside the challenges there is a significant opportunity to rethink the purpose of real estate and how it can support organisations and their customers. Taking a holistic, needs-led and place-based approach there is scope to leverage social and financial value from the public estate without compromising on service delivery.”
“Montagu Evans is already at the heart of this transformation, with great relationships and a track record across the country. Its commitment to client-centric advice and collaborative problem-solving are particularly attractive and I’m looking forward to adding value to existing client relationships and to developing new opportunities together.”
