Montagu Evans has added two new partners with Andrew Haughey joining from Capital & Regional to head up retail asset management for the firm and Paul Londra joining its industrial team from Doherty Bains.
Haughy joins Montagu Evans after 24 years at Capital & Regional, most recently as retail development director.
During this time, Haughey led many of Capital & Regional’s shopping centre regeneration projects, working with local authorities including Blackburn with Darwen, Waltham Forest, Redbridge and Haringey.
Londra joins Montagu Evans after 11 years at Doherty Baines and has more than 20 years’ experience in industrail agency and development in London and the south east.
His clients have included SEGRO, Legal & General, Aberdeen Standard Investments, Savills IM, Threadneedle, Orchard Street, Picton Capital and Royal London Asset Management.
Londra will be tasked with broadening the Montagu Evans industrial team’s client base and advising clients on all occupational and developmental aspects of the market.
