Tullow Oil appointed Montagu Evans to acquire their new HQ premises at Chiswick Park of 16,000 sqm.
Montagu Evans liaised with all relevant parties throughout the acquisition process to ensure Tullow Oil’s property interests were safeguarded and negotiated the best available leasehold terms.
We have also disposed of surplus space including a 2,800 sqm lease assignment to Pokémon and have recently negotiated rent reviews and agreed re- negotiated new leases on 6,500 sqm.
