Montagu Evans are advising the Department for Education (DfE) on the valuation of all English schools within the DfE ownership. The project required the creation of a bespoke valuation model which reflected the diversity of the assets contained within the portfolio. A total value exceeding £50bn:
- £20bn assets will be valued by 2019/2020
- Increase from circa. £8bn 2018/19
