Sophie is a Senior Surveyor specialising in Asset and Investment Management. She has experience in advising public sector clients on a range of asset and investment management mandates that vary in terms of scale, complexity and asset class. Her focus is on providing strategic consultancy, tailored to her client’s objectives, that seeks to maximise value. Her interests lie in town centre regeneration and place-making, where assets are used to improve spaces for the people who use them.

Sophie works closely with Montagu Evans’ multi-disciplinary agency, lease advisory and development advisory teams to ensure comprehensive, rounded advice to her clients.

Sophie qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the Asset/Investment Advisory team in September 2023 before being promoted to Senior Surveyor in April 2025.
