Proudfoot is an Associate specialising in Planning

Lisa joined the Montagu Evans Planning team in 2015 and has over 10 years’ experience in planning consultancy across all aspects of planning, heritage, and urban design, with particular expertise in education, healthcare, alternative living, student accommodation, and mixed-use developments.

Lisa provides clients with strategic tailored planning advice and also brings expertise in the Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) process and stakeholder consultation, including coordinating and undertaking statutory PAC and non-statutory consultations, providing advice on initial strategy and appraisals, including EIA Screening and Scoping, and input to EIA reports, and the planning appeals process.

Lisa has volunteered for the Royal Town Planning Institute throughout her planning career both as a Corporate Member on the Scottish Executive Committee and Past Chair of the Scottish Young Planners Network. Lisa continues to be an APC Assessor for the RTPI.
