For the second consecutive year, Montagu Evans has been recognised by Property Week as one of the best places in the industry.
As part of the process 250 staff were surveyed anonymously across the business with judges assessing results on eight key factors:
- overall engagement;
- leadership and planning;
- culture and communication;
- role satisfaction;
- work environment;
- relationship with supervisor;
- training and development; and
- pay and benefits
Transparency and progression were continuously cited as areas valued, and our commitment to investing in people at all stages of their career remains the utmost importance.
