Oliver Maury - City of tomorrow

Montagu Evans has appointed new Partner Oliver Maury to bolster its strategic regeneration advisory work in London and the South East.

Oliver joins the firm’s Development Consultancy team following over a decade at GVA, where he was a Director in the firm’s Planning, Development and Regeneration division, advising both public and private sector clients on promoting and delivering complex regeneration sites across London and the South East.  More recent clients included the London Boroughs of Haringey, Wandsworth and Brent, as well as Homes England, Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust and the University of Cambridge.

In his new role at Montagu Evans, Oliver will help build the firm’s public-sector regeneration services by focussing on strategic residential-led mixed use projects in London and the South East. From scheme inception through to delivery, he will advise on both public-private partnership projects and on developments directly led by local authorities and other government agencies.

Alan Harris, Partner at Montagu Evans, said:

“As the public-sector development landscape continues to adapt to changing political and economic drivers, increased experience and innovation is required to help develop deliverable and viable solutions that meet public and private sector objectives. Oliver’s experience will be an important addition to our work. His deep understanding of the development process from start to finishand from a public/private sector interface will be invaluable to our client base and he will be a great addition to the Partnership.”
