Most of our service lines involve some degree of design advisory work, whether advising on infill development in conservation areas or on the design of tall buildings interacting with strategic views or highly graded heritage assets.

We also offer a freestanding design review service. This is run by Thomas Bender, a former design review director of CABE, James Keogh, a former senior design officer at the Greater London Authority, and others engaged in design review panels in different authorities.

This service brings in outside experts and involves our skilled development advisory team, providing clients with design and commercial advice that can help shape schemes or explore options.
