On behalf of Benson Elliot and Cube Real Estate, Montagu Evans provided the purchase, strategy, development and asset management advice for this landmark Business Park.
In addition to negotiating the original purchase, Montagu Evans has been providing asset management advice which involved the relocation of tenants within the park and adding extra amenity in the form of a café. We are currently marketing a newly developed building of 8,200 sqm of which the majority is now “let” and a pre-let opportunity of 10,000 sqm.
