William is a Chartered Surveyor in the Living and Land team at Montagu Evans, specialising in residential development land and investment. His focus lies in advising clients on the acquisition, promotion, and disposal of land for residential-led investment assets, with experience spanning a range of living sectors including private sale, build to rent, student accommodation, and co-living.

Having completed a real estate master’s at Reading, Will joined the Montagu Evans Graduate Scheme in 2022. He rotated through valuation, lease advisory, business rates and land agency before landing a permanent role in the Living and Land team.
