Jonny has over 20 years of development, operational, financing and agency experience and has advised on more than £3bn of property transactions. Within the residential investment sector, Jonny has built from the ground up and advised on some of the UK’s largest funding and financing deals.

More recently, his expertise has been focused on the Multifamily, Single Family, and Coliving markets, supporting both developers and investors in achieving their ambitions, tailoring advice to maximise their objectives and returns. Jonny specialises in capital structuring and advises on forward funding, forward sales, joint ventures, and development partnerships. He is highly regarded and seen as a leading figure in the BTR sector.

His track record includes successfully forward funding The Octagon in Birmingham to CDL for £115 million, introducing a new entrant to the UK residential market; advising Barratt on a strategic Single Family Housing partnership with Kennedy Wilson and facilitating the sale of £280 million worth of homes across East Anglia; guiding CBRE IM through their maiden Multifamily deal in the UK with the acquisition of a 210-unit scheme in Manchester; and advising Dandara on the discreet disposal of a 500-unit Single Family Housing portfolio to Aviva Investors, maximising value through a tailored process.
