We recognise that and Montagu Evans is proud to have partnered with Inclusive Employer to help deliver just that – the UK’s first organisation for employers looking to build inclusive workplaces, offering consultancy, training and thought leadership, to help make inclusion an everyday reality.
Policies alone are not enough, in order to deliver true inclusivity it is about ensuring nobody feels left out because of their age, disability, gender, race, belief, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, or any other factors such as social background.
