Celebrating 25 years of excellence in commercial property, the Property Week Awards celebrates commercial excellence in the industry. This year we’re thrilled to see Josh Myerson, Partner and Head of Rating, shortlisted for Young Personality of the Year.
As one of only 25 RICS Rating Diploma Holders operating in private practice, Josh has grown from strength to strength having joined the firm as a Graduate in 2007 and appointed Head of Rating in 2019.
His nomination is credit to his achievements, with the awards citing entrepreneurialism, tenacity, leadership, innovation and vision as the required criteria.

Josh specialises in advising landlords and developers in rating valuation and liability matters. He will take on the role of President of the Rating Surveyors’ Association from April 2020, following a year as Vice President, in addition to being an honorary member of the Institute of Revenues Rating & Valuation (IRRV), a member of the RICS Rating Diploma Holders Section Committee, the RICS Leaders’ Forum and a founding member of the London Rating Network (LRN).
