Montagu Evans grows industrial expertise with leading lease advisory hire 

Montagu Evans has appointed leading lease advisory specialist John Hulme as Partner.

Previously Head of National Lease Consultancy at CBRE, John has more than 25 years’ experience specialising in industrial and logistics lease advisory work. He was previously an Equity Partner at King Sturge and head of its London lease consultancy team before becoming a Director of Lease Consultancy at JLL.

At Montagu Evans, John will sit as part of the wider industrial and logistics team, undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears nationwide with a particular focus on London and South East – complementing the firm’s national trade counter lease advisory work. He will continue to work with clients including. Segro , Legal & General, Schroders, AberdeenStandard , M&G , Railpen, Picton Capital, Royal Mail and CBRE GI.
