Montagu Evans has increased its Central London capability with the addition of Maxim Vane Percy and Alex Kirk to the firm’s agency team.
Maxim joins as Partner and Alex joins as Associate, both from GVA/Avison Young, working with clients in the Central London office market, including: Astrea Asset Management, Ashby Capital, CBRE Global Investors, Landsec, Mitsubishi Estates and The Sir Richard Sutton Settled Estates.
Montagu Evans’ Central London team encompasses planning (including specialist heritage advice), development consultancy, agency, investment, lease advisory, valuation and rating across the capital.
The appointments follow former Savills West End Director Tracy Collins joining the firm as Partner a year ago to spearhead its agency offer.
