In light of the Public Accounts Committee’s findings, what makes for a good council investment strategy? The Public Accounts Committee says councils have spent £6.6bn on commercial investment in the last three years. A total of 91% of the spending was financed by borrowing.  Kevin White will be speaking at the Voice of Authorities event , it will cover multiple approaches to investment including: homes for local people and examples of up and coming investment models drawn from our national network of local authorities.
