The New London Plan 25 May 2021

The re-election of Sadiq Khan last week will put increased focus on the policies in his recently published London Plan (March 2021), in the way it seeks to shape the development of London. The Plan sets out a framework for how London will develop over the next 20-25 years and the Mayor’s vision for Good Growth. Montagu Evans is delighted to be hosting a Webinar with Rob McNicol, the GLA’s London Plan Manager, who will outline – how:

• The Plan has evolved to the document finally published in March 2021
• It is relevant to current issues the capital is facing (including climate emergency / Covid-19)
• The Plan will be implemented on the ground, including through further guidance & development in Opportunity Areas

Following this presentation, representatives of our sector teams will outline the implications of the London Plan for different aspects of development in London, including Housing, Office, Retail, Industrial and Heritage.
