Impacts and considerations for the development industry
Following a prolonged period of uncertainty since the Environment Act was made law in 2021, the Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) requirements have now come into effect.
Join us at this exclusive event, where we will discuss these changes with Dr Martin Brammah (National Ecology Lead at Sweco UK), who will provide an insight into the BNG process, an update on legislation & policy and an overview of challenges developers face.
This will then be followed by a panel discussion, including audience Q&A, with a number of leading industry experts to examine the implications for developers and how to mitigate the long-term impact.
