The property sector is striving to become a more inclusive environment for all, with most firms putting policies and programmes in place to tackle the historic imbalances across all aspects of the Equalities Act. But what happens if you tick multiple boxes on the diversity and inclusion questionnaire?

BAME in Property and Freehold are working together to shine a spotlight on intersectionality in our industry, highlighting the experiences of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic property professionals who also identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender.

Montagu Evans are delighted to be sponsoring the event along with support from: RICS, EG, Homes England and LGBT Property Professionals.

Join us as we unpack the issues, celebrate our role models and give confidence to those who might not be fully comfortable with coming out.

Lady Phyll – Co Founder of UK Black Pride – will give a keynote speech followed by a panel session chaired by Sam McClary – Editor of EG – with LGBTQ+ and ethnic minority property professionals talking about their experiences. Kath Fontana – President of the RICS – will close the session.

The event is free to attend although donations to UK Black Pride would be appreciated.
