The Town Hall Quarter represents a priority regeneration project for the Council, seeking to revitalise the north end of Watford Town Centre by significantly improving public realm and delivering new housing, active ground floors and improved health, civic and cultural facilities.
The Council is seeking to appoint a pro-active, well-resourced partner to enter a JV and jointly work up development proposals. The scale of the opportunity is estimated at c £200m GDV and 50,000 sqm capacity.
