Montagu Evans Presents our Internship Programme

Applications for our 2026 Summer Internship scheme are now closed.

This year, we offered Intern positions across the business within various pathways, including Surveying, Planning and Development.

Every year, we welcome Interns to our business over the summer to gain experience in a leading property consultancy. Our paid internship programme is perfect for those soon to start their final year of an RICS-accredited real estate and/or RTPI-accredited planning degree, or who wish to pursue an accredited Master’s.

If you have a keen passion for property and see this as a career path you would like to pursue, but are not currently undertaking a property-related degree, we would still welcome you to be a part of the summer internship.

The Internship period for 2026 runs from Monday 6th July – Friday 31st July 2026.

Interns gain meaningful exposure to the business through:

• Working on live projects alongside experienced professionals
• Site visits, inspections and client meetings
• Structured learning sessions and Q&As with senior leaders
• A collaborative group project presented at the end of the programme
• You’ll build commercial awareness, technical understanding and confidence, applying your academic learning in a real-world setting

• A keen interest in the built environment or one of the disciplines above
• A proactive approach, thinking about the future, planning, and preparing for what lies ahead
• Hard work and commitment
• A positive attitude – things can get demanding in the workplace
• A real desire to continually learn and develop
