Every year, we welcome Interns to our business over the summer to gain experience in a leading property consultancy. Our paid internship programme is perfect for those soon to start their final year of an RICS-accredited real estate and/or RTPI-accredited planning degree or wish to pursue an accredited Masters.
If you have a keen passion for property and see this as a career path you would like to pursue but are not currently undertaking a property-related degree, we would still welcome you to be a part of the summer internship.
The Internship period runs from Monday 31st June to Friday 25th July 2025.
You will have the opportunity to work across key areas of the firm, be involved in a variety of projects, go on-site visits and attend meetings to give you a better insight into what to expect as a Surveyor / Planner.
There will also be a variety of social activities and team-building events during your placement, being part of the culture at Montagu Evans.
At the end of the internship, you will present in teams as part of a wider group project that you will complete over the course of the four weeks.
We offer Intern positions across the business within various pathways, including Surveying, Planning and Development.
“Interning at Montagu Evans was a truly memorable experience and a great way to spend part of my summer. The variety of tasks and projects ensured that each day was different, keeping me engaged and motivated. We even had some time to play rounders in Hyde Park & have a cycling tour of the Olympic Park. I do hope to work for Montagu Evans again one day.”
“Being a part of both the ratings and industrial logistics teams provided me with valuable exposure and insights into two very different roles within the property sector and how they collaborate to achieve a common goal. The regular on-site visits were also a great experience as they offered a firsthand glimpse into the daily workings of the property world and helped build my confidence in client interaction.”
“I am delighted that I have been involved in some exciting projects and get to experience the work of a planner. I really appreciate that each of us had our own mentor who provided excellent help and guidance throughout the internship. It is exceptionally helpful in a new environment.”
“I have found the Montagu Evans internship an extremely valuable experience that has provided me with a greater insight into the planning and development pathways. I had the privilege of engaging with many different individuals across the firm as well as the opportunity to learn from experts in the property industry.”
