Neil also acts on retail warehouse rent reviews and provides consultancy advice to a diverse range of clients, including heading up rent review/lease renewal programmes on a number of large shopping centres.

Recently Neil has been acting on rent reviews and lease renewals on Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow  (600,000 sq ft, 90+ shops/restaurants), The Centre, Livingston (1M sq ft, 155 shops/restaurants) and Overgate, Dundee (420,000 sq ft, 60 shops/ restaurants) also East Kilbride Shopping Centre (1.3M sq ft, 250 shops/restaurants).
