Our specialist valuation team offers a unique combination of class leading valuation and rating services that support our clients crucial financial management decisions across both the public and private sectors.

We operate in full compliance with RICS regulations and guidance with a robust approach to provide accurate valuations, against ever changing market conditions, through the adoption of the most pertinent valuation techniques. We specialise in complex and highly technical valuation instructions where we seek to add value to our clients at every opportunity whilst minimising costs.

Our Rating specialists are one of the most established teams in the UK with a particular focus on the provision of specialist advice tailored to the individual needs of our clients, be they landlords, developers or occupiers and include advice on rates mitigation and rates management.

Our representation on a variety of frameworks range from large scale banking and government through to niche sectors such as education and health, giving our teams great exposure and an ability to draw upon our vast range of skills and expertise

Combining experts from lease advisory, consultancy, investment and agency in both the landowner/landlord and occupier space, we operate a collaborative, sector focused commercial and transactional team. Our Industrial and Logistics, Retail and Leisure, Offices and Alternative Living teams advise, acquire and sell with a collective view to ensure we can deliver a strong return.

Every asset has a business plan and we review the skills required based on those plans to ensure robust advice is given under a range of scenarios or performing sectors.

In each of our Commercial Agency and Advisory teams we offer sector focused expertise in four key services:

• Agency – Our leasing and agency teams provide input into marketing and targeting pre-lets to help reduce your letting risk, and insight into both the occupier and landlord markets across their specialist sectors to assist in the transaction of assets.
• Investment – Our Investment team’s knowledge of local markets and their close network of advisers enable us to successfully purchase or sell properties that meet our client’s tightly defined criteria.
• Lease Advisory – Our cross sector lease advisory teams provide detailed technical knowledge, expert witness support (if necessary) and market insight in undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructures, to ensure optimum returns and savings for landlords and occupiers.
• Development – Integrated into our commercial teams are development specialists who look at all alternative use options to underwrite each assets value and maximise returns.

Our property management team combines a mix of strategic thinkers responsible for client and tenant liaison, through understanding risk, finance and compliance, across all property sectors to which they manage.
