Jabil Circuit Ltd appointed Montagu Evans to dispose of the freehold of its 7.3 ha (18-acre) factory test facility in Livingston, West Lothian, after a strategic review concluded there was not enough demand to support its business continuing at the site.
The property, on Oakbank Park Drive, comprises 12,077 sqm 130,000 sqft of offices, manufacturing and warehouse accommodation with conference facilities, amenities and 455 car parking spaces, all set in landscaped grounds. The site has easy access to the A71 and is 10 minutes from Junction 3 of the M8.
