On behalf of Goya Developments and its funding partner, Chennavari, Montagu Evans conducted a thorough valuation based on the residual value of the consented and gross development of the scheme once completed, both vacant and assuming it is let and income producing.
Our management team were subsequently appointed during the construction phase to advise on the physical “Estate Set Up” of the 73,000 sqft business park, comprising 8 highly specified units all with photovoltaic panels. Montagu Evans were then retained to oversee the day-to-day management of the common parts and to administer the full financial rent collection and service charge on behalf of the Landlord.
