When Bloomberg vacated in Q1 2018 a programme of soft strip works commenced whilst HSF remained in the property and once fully vacant the works intensified.
The properties we continue to advise on, include 99 Bishopsgate, 100 Bishopsgate and Citypoint. Montagu Evans were able to extinguish the empty rates liability from the outset of the initial soft strip creating significant rates savings for the client.
Montagu Evans developed the rating instruction for Brookfield Office Properties to include all of their central London office portfolio.
