Tim has over 30 years’ experience in valuation, land assembly and Compulsory Purchase across all property sectors. This includes expert witness work, public consultation, developing acquisition strategies, land assembly appraisals and procedural advice.

Tim is a specialist in the field of Compulsory Purchase. He represents major transport undertakers, local authorities, private developers and landowners as well as funds, government departments, and national retailers. Tim has been involved in a number of high profile projects requiring land acquisition services including the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Thameslink, High Speed 2, the National Stadium and St David’s Cardiff. He is currently involved with a number of town centre and brownfield regeneration projects for local authorities and private developers as well as rail improvement projects for Network Rail across the South East and East Anglia.
