Expert in Central London development, Nick is a Chartered Town Planner and advises developers, institutional investors and occupiers in both the private and public sector across offices, residential, leisure, hospitality, mixed-use and town centres.

Nick uses his planning expertise and knowledge of the political context of a site or scheme to take developments forward. His experience is also valued in the role of Expert Witness in the High Court and Magistrates’ Court Leasehold Valuation Tribunal – as well as at public inquiries.

With both an academic and professional interest in conservation matters, Nick has acted on a range of highly sensitive heritage schemes, including Grade 1 listed buildings like Spencer House in St James and Mentmore Towers. Nick’s particular expertise lies in his ability to pull together strategy taking into account both the political and planning requirements in order to find the quickest and most financially efficient solutions to achieving the client’s planning objectives.
