    Maxim Vane Percy is a Partner within the Central London Office Agency team, with over 20 years of experience, specialising in acquisitions, disposals, development consultancy and Freehold/investments sales of office premises throughout the West End of London. The areas of activity include acting for both landlords and occupiers.

    Maxim is responsible for advising Astrea Asset Management (Berkeley Square Estate) on the disposing of, refurbishing and redeveloping their portfolio predominately in the Mayfair area, London’s premier commercial property location. Working on notable buildings such as: Berkeley Square House, 33 Cavendish Square, 50 Berkeley Street, The Time Life Building and 1 Knightsbridge Green. The estate totals over 1.5 million sq ft of office space and is the largest estate in London’s West End market.

    Maxim also advises other clients such as CBRE Investors, Land Securities, Richard Sutton Estates, Ashby Capital and Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe Ltd.

    Maxim also sits on the committee for the annually held Property Race Day which is now celebrating its 13th year having raised over £2.2million for children’s charities.
