    Mark guides landlords and tenants on lease advisory matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-structures, third party referrals, referrals to Court / PACT and leases generally. He specialises in the Central London office market and specific retail locations for over 20 years advising, landlords and tenants on over 1 million sq ft of accommodation in the Greater London area.

    Mark has a flexible, innovative and resourceful approach to negotiations with a view to resolving disputes cost-effectively while adopting a collaborative approach to provide a seamless service. Mark is used to structuring a transaction that meets the occupational requirements of the tenant and the financial expectations of the landlord.

    By being commercially aware and fully understanding of landlord and tenant objectives, Mark is able to use his in-depth market knowledge and detailed technical understanding to provide innovative solutions to owners and occupiers whilst ensuring they’re kept informed at every stage of negotiations.

    Over the years, he has dealt with multi-disciplinary teams to consider options for buildings, liaising with the team and client in the preparation of financial appraisals on the various options, understanding the objectives of the landlord and tenant, and liaising with the landlord’s professional team regarding the documentation of the agreement reached.
