Marie has over 20 years of property management experience across all property sectors. She provides advice on various development situations in Scotland and throughout the UK in the retail, leisure and office sectors. She has developed a reputation as a tenacious and detailed surveyor, delivering pragmatic and effective results to clients.

Marie is responsible for the full range of property management activities including rent, service charge and insurance administration. She also advises on leases, Health & Safety Legislation, Landlord and Tenant Liaison, rent reviews, lease renewals, terminations and surrenders, turnover rents and the progression of shopping centre commercialisation opportunities.

Marie has extensive experience in overseeing refurbishment programmes, administering ground lease negotiations with local authorities, co-ordinating marketing budgets, administering Traders Associations and in all aspects of site staff management, including TUPE administration.
