Sam is a development advisor with a specialism in complex urban sites, in particular in London and the South East.

He helps clients achieve strategic aims for their assets with development potential, from housing, regeneration and transport & infrastructure delivery to generating capital receipts/savings and delivering sustainable income streams. Sam is fortunate to have advised on high-profile development schemes across the city over his 18 year career, and has transacted over £1.8bn land value during that time. Sam is passionate about buildings, transport & infrastructure, public spaces and London as a progressive city and a force for good.

Previously at BNP Paribas, Sam’s career has seen him develop skills in all development consultancy matters including providing valuation advice of development sites and town planning, viability appraisals and CIL assessments. He is also responsible for public sector tendering, framework management, strategic consulting and the head of Montagu Evans transport and infrastructure sector team.

Sam has often been called as an independent Expert in development site matters and has also worked on secondment for the Treasury in the coordination of the Civil Estate.
