Kevin
White is a Partner and Head of Asset/Investment Advisory

Kevin is a partner specialising in consultancy and solving complex, long term problems. More often than not they have development and investment at their core and require multi-stakeholder collaboration and partnership working across public and private sectors.

Kevin’s projects tend to be led by the public sector and are about working out how real estate can positively impact the society it serves. That ranges from complex town centre regeneration with a multitude of uses, phases and drivers, to helping public bodies make better investment decisions.

His particular interests are in the fields of town centres, investment and education which, together, he sees as the key building blocks for better, more sustainable places and communities. Kevin is a regular speaker at events for the likes of CIPFA and the Local Government Association, a governor at a specialist maths school, and he sits on our Town Centre Steering Group and heads our Education sector.
