Montagu Evans has appointed ex Aberdeen Standard Portfolio Manager, Tom Lipfriend, to join its management team as a senior surveyor having previously carried out various industrial and retail warehouse asset management.
Prior to Aberdeen Standard, Tom worked at Allsops within their Insolvency and Auction team and at GVA (now Avison Young) within their industrial agency.
Joining Montagu Evans, and based within their Edinburgh office, Tom will be responsible for a range of Scottish and UK wide retail, office and industrial assets, enhancing the existing service offering and bringing exceptional client insight and asset management experience.
