For private developers we can advise you on the affordable units being provided as part of Section 106 Agreements to ensure that you develop properties that are marketable to the HAs whilst optimising the capital receipt ; we can find a purchaser for the affordable homes having an extensive list of contacts with the Housing Association and Registered Provider world and can help ensure that the sale process runs smoothly; we can also advise you on land deals and find an affordable provider to purchase your sites.
