Pre-Agreements For the 2010 rating revaluation I advised our hotel clients in England and Wales on their forthcoming liabilities for the 2010 revaluation and reached pre-agreement with the Valuation Office concerning reductions in many assessments to minimise their rates liability from the outset of the revaluation rather than two or three years later
Currently involved in negotiations regarding the re-drafting of the Scottish Assessors Association Scheme of Valuation for hotels with particular respect to rooms and leisure income.
