Tom has over 20 years’ experience of investment acquisition, disposal and development funding of UK office and industrial real estate.  He has a proven track record in leading advice on complex assets and portfolios.  

Previously at CBRE (Hillier Parker), he provides clients with skilled analysis of investments through financial modelling and development appraisals. His extensive experience in the office and industrial markets coupled with in depth knowledge of investor and occupier requirements provides invaluable advice to clients on asset disposals and acquisitions.

Abbey Gardens, Reading

  • Disposed of this town centre office building of 150,000 sq ft on behalf of Hermes REIM.
  • Multi-let to 4 tenants with a WAULT of under 2 years with 30% vacancy.
  • £40.4 million / 5.25% NIY (Previously acquired for Hermes for £19.1m in 2012).

  • Disposed of this industrial estate of 115,000 sq ft on behalf of Aberdeen Property Investors.

  • Acquired this mixed use portfolio of 23 assets on behalf of Clearbell / Patron. The portfolio included 5 offices, 5 warehouses, 3 industrial estates, 5 retail warehouses and 3 High Street retail parades totalling 2 m sq ft across the UK.  
  • £190m / 9.0% NIY. Since sold all assets individually.
