Significant Projects

Nucleus, Park Royal

  • Refurbished space of circa 15 years old. All three units were let before pc of refurbishment works. 
  • These were units ranging from 17,000 square feet to 45,000 sq ft and a record rent of £14.50 per sq ft (for refurbished space) was achieved.

Circular Point Chingford – Blackrock

  • Advised Blackrock on the acquisition/forward funding of a 100,000 sq ft multi unit warehouse development at Circular Point, Chingford. 

Victory Wembley - Aviva/Canmoor

  • Advised Aviva/Canmoor on the acquisition of 2.5 acres of strategic land off the North Circular road, this was to provide a brand new warehouse of 57,000 sq ft.  
  • Following completion of the sale and subsequent planning application the site was the pre let to a well-established trade occupier off market.   

Orchard Business Park Woking

  • Advised Royal London on the acquisition of a 77,000 sq ft multi unit warehouse development Orchard BP Woking .
