Specialist in Shopping Centre, high street retail portfolios and development.

Adrian's 30 year career has resulted in immeasurable experience and a strong track record in the retail sector, specialising in investment, development, strategic advice as well as fund and joint venture structuring. Since 2007 Adrian has bought or sold over 50 shopping centre investments, with a value totalling £2.6 billion.

Key clients include Hermes, LaSalle Investment Management, Aberdeen Asset Management, Scottish Widows, Standard Life Investments, Threadneedle, Henderson Global Investors, Meyer Bergman , Legal & General, Centros, LBG, IBRC and Land Securities plc. 

He has also provided investment advice on niche London schemes such as Battersea Power Station, Whiteleys Bayswater, St Albans, St Christopher’s Place, Greenwich Peninsula, Brunswick Centre Bloomsbury.

Previously Adrian built and headed the UK Retail investment teams at both Churston Heard and JLL.

Camberley, The Mall 
Working with ME Public Consultancy team we acquired the town centre scheme for £86m on behalf of Surrey Heath Borough Council.

Camberley – House of Fraser 
Acquired this major Freehold store off market from M & G for £17.6m.

Enfield Palace Exchange 
An off market sale of this smart London retail fashion scheme on behalf of Standard Life Investments to DWAM for £70m, 5.4% .

Penta Portfolio
Purchase of 5 prime M & S Stores for £50m on behalf of Rosette Merchant Bank and Qatar First Bank. 

Magna Portfolio
Sale of a Prime High Street portfolio in Guildford, Cheltenham and Cambridge for £37m 3.75% on behalf of Legal and Land.

Bexleyheath – Broadway Shopping Centre 
Sale of Shopping Centre Retail Park for £120.25m for  CPPIB & LaSalle Investment Management to New River Retail Limited.

Erith – Riverside Centre 
Sale of this Freehold scheme on behalf of Frogmore Estates to Evolve £17m – 8%.

Brunswick Shopping Centre, Bloomsbury, London WC2
Sale of Brunswick Shopping Centre,  London on behalf of Bisco c/o LaSalle to Lazari Group for £146 million, 3.4%.
