Montagu Evans has appointed Paul Londra as a Partner in its industrial team. Paul brings with him over 20 years' experience specialising in industrial agency and development around London and the Home Counties.
Paul joins Montagu Evans following an 11-year tenure at Doherty Baines, where he was a Director. During this time, he successfully grew the firm’s presence in the South East industrial and logistics market and broadened its client base to include SEGRO, Legal & General, Aberdeen Standard Investments, Savills IM, Threadneedle, Orchard Street, Picton Capital and Royal London Asset Management.
Notable recent deals include: Unit A Hayes 180, a 27,802 sq ft (2,583 sq m) letting to Saint Gobain on behalf of Royal London; 19 Crown Road, Enfield, a letting on behalf of Polyco to DHL on a 100,000 sq ft unit (9,290 sq m); Unit 602 Central Way, North Feltham Trading Estate, which is a 30,401 sq ft (2,842 sq m) premises let to Options Ltd; and Unit 3 Chiltonian Industrial Estate, London, SE12 0TX, let to Tool Station.
Paul’s role at Montagu Evans will involve broadening the industrial team’s client base, growing its list of instructions and advising clients on all occupation a land developmental aspects of the industrial market.
The appointment follows Eddie Cook, former Chancery gate MD, joining the firm as a consultant and increased focus on this sector from across the partnership.
