Planning and development consultant Montagu Evans has strengthened its housing expertise with the appointment of Jonathan Glaister as a Partner within the firm’s Development and Valuation consultancy team.
Jonathan joins from GL Hearn where he led on development viability within the Viability and Affordable Housing team, specialising in large residential-led mixed-use schemes in London and the South East. His clients included Taylor Wimpey, Redrow, Lidl, Kier Group and Notting Hill Housing, to name a few.
Now at Montagu Evans, Jonathan will bring strong experience to complement the existing successful team, providing specialist development consultancy advice, including financial viability assessments, viability options appraisals, negotiating complex S106 Agreements, development phasing strategy and rights to light development profit assessments. He will also offer development valuation and development land acquisition and sale support.

Jonathan is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer. He has an MSc in International Real Estate and a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration.
