Montagu Evans announces first 2019 Partner appointment.

Bruno Jaczkowski extends London residential capability. 

Planning and development specialist Montagu Evans has appointed Bruno Jaczkowski as a Partner in its housing team.

He joins the firm following eight years as head of acquisitions within JLL’s residential land business, specialising in the identification and subsequent acquisition or disposal of prime London residential and mixed-use development/investment opportunities.

During this time his work has included the sourcing and subsequent acquisition or disposal, of prime London living development opportunities. Highlights include the sale of London’s first major PRS scheme in North Acton for Sapcote Developments and the acquisition of three major Central London retirement schemes for PegasusLife.
