La Salle Investment has secured US- backed mortgage provider Belmont Green Finance Ltd for the second floor of it's Strate Development in Staines. Belmont Green has taken approximatley 18,700 sq ft on a new lease at £34.50 per sq ft.
Strata is a new Grade A office building in the heart of Staines town centre totalling 90,000 sq ft. It offers large floorplates around a triple height reception area with extensive private garens and car parking. The building is now nearly 90% let with 10,5050 sq. ft still available on the second floor.
