Aberdeen Standard Investments, advised by Montagu Evans and BNP Paribas, has let Unit 1 Nucleus on Central Way in Park Royal to Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College.
The education provider has taken the 39,112 sq ft (3,634 sq m) warehouse unit on a 10-year lease at a rent of £15.72 per sq ft of Gross Internal Area for its Construction and Skills Campus.
