Steven is retained by L&G’s IPIF Trade to provide and agency and lease advisory services including lease renewals and rent reviews on over 50 trade centres throughout the UK. 

He was originally appointed by FIX UK in 2008, L&G in 2013 and IPIF in 2016 on trade centre assets that now form part of IPIF Trade. It is the largest trade counter portfolio and trade counter lease advisory instruction in the UK.
