Having started at Montagu Evans as a graduate in the retail agency department last September, I was immediately asked to assist with the asset management of Leadenhall Market on behalf of the City of London Corporation.

Earlier this year we completed two deals. We welcome ‘Knots and Socks’ to the market who are a joint venture of ‘Reef Knots’ and ‘Morrows Socks’; two successful online retailers who have chosen Leadenhall Market as the location for their first shop. Leadenhall Market also welcomes ‘ASKINOLOGY’, a skin product and service specialist, and we expect to see them open later this year.
